1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Yuyan application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description

Yuyan is a mobile language learning application that offers:

• Daily vocabulary lessons
• Interactive exercises
• Spaced repetition system
• All features are free and accessible to everyone

3. Support Subscription (Optional)

The App offers a completely optional support subscription:

• This subscription provides no additional features
• It is solely a way to support the App's development
• All features remain free for all users
• Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region

4. Auto-Renewal

If you choose to subscribe to a support subscription:

• The subscription automatically renews at the end of each period
• Your account will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Renewal will be at the same rate as the initial subscription

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• iOS: In your Apple ID settings > Subscriptions
• Android: In Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions
• Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's and Google's policies

6. User Account

Using the App requires creating an account:

• You must provide a valid email address
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• You must notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to hack, disassemble, or modify the App
• Share your account with third parties
• Use the App in a way that could damage or impair its operation

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the App (text, images, audio, design) is protected by copyright and remains the property of Yuyan or its licensors.

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available or error-free.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication in the App.
